The FirmTech ring is made with a medical-grade elastomer designed to be soft, flexible, and comfortable enough to wear through the night. That same material stretches and conforms with use over time, so periodic replacement keeps your ring performing the way it should.

Replace your sleeve approximately every 30 nights (around 240 hours of use) to maintain accurate biometric readings and a proper fit.

Compatible with the FirmTech TechRing only. This sleeve does not include the ring sensor.
